Baggage
In my MTVF (Music for TV and Film) 4010 college class we had to do an assignment where we take the original audio out of a short film, and then we had to create a musical score for the short film. For my assignment I wrote up a cue sheet first off so I knew where all the different musical cues needed to be. I then wrote, composed and produced the entire musical score for this short film. I did all the composing in Logic Pro X. Then I bounced out all the stems from that session and imported them into a Pro Tools session where I mixed and mastered the project. Here is my final project.
** NOTE: I have recently gone back and re-mixed the audio and then mastered it. Here is the short film with the new mixed audio .**

Omelette - ARTp Final Exam Practical
For my ARTp (Advanced Recording Techniques - Post Production) final exam practical I had to work in a group of 5 to redo all the audio in this video in a 3 hour time frame. Every hour we got assigned to a different job in the audio post production field. For my first hour in this final practical exam I was the Supervising Sound Editor, the second hour I was Engineer and in the 3rd and final hour I was a Sound Effects Editor. My group and I managed to finish this in the 3 hours, and here is our final product.
Group Members:
Mark Milligan
Shane Braund-Read
Lief Olsen
Matt Parson
Amanda Lewis

Sucker Punch™ - Samurai Fight Scene
PLEASE NOTE: This project is not 100% done. There still needs to be lots more layering and more mixing and panning of sounds in this video.. which I will be working on as soon as I can.
This here is my groups and my APP (Audio Post Production) 5.1 final project - It won't play in 5.1 on YouTube. We had to take a video clip and cut out the audio and replace it with our own. We had to use ADR - replace the dialogue, record our own foley (sounds we act out and record in sync with the movie, we had to add music, add background sounds and ambience. As well we also had to add sound effects to use in spots where we didn't have the resources to actually act, play out and record the sounds in the studio.
The songs (in chronological order):
Another War by Irradiation
Army of Me by Bjork
ADR Actors:
Leanna Viinikka - Female lead
Justin Bilodeau - Male at the very beginning of movie clip
Sword Foley Actor:
Adam Ritz
Mixing and Recording Engineers:
Mark Milligan
Ty Mackenzie

Death Buy Lemonade
Here is a project I did back in college. We had to take this video, strip out all the audio and then replace it with our own songs, sound effects, etc. (in other words known as 'audio post production'). Here is how my audio post production project.

McDonald's™ Commercial
For one of my MTVF (Music for Television and Film) class projects, all of us in the class was given a commercial that just had dialogue and some basic sound effects -like footsteps and and skate blade sounds, etc.- , but we had to create a song based off a project brief (what the company wanted the song to sound like, incorporate, the company's jingle, etc.) that the company had already sent us. Mine was a McDonald's commercial and this is the final result.
I composed this song, but all the other sounds and the video I do not own.

Drink Milk™ Commercial
In my DAP-1 (Digital Audio Production - first quarter) class I had to take this mute video (no audio) from this commercial and add in all the sound effects. Every footstep, every tap, every roar, etc. I had to add.
